  • White Oak Estates Ministry
    May 25, 2:00 p.m. Plan to come along and minister to the dear saints at White Oak Estates with a brief worship service and time of singing. It is always such a blessing to them.

  • Recognition of Graduates
    May 25, P.M. Service - We will be recognizing our high school graduates, Kenzie and Blake.

  • Missionary Speaker
    May 18, Eric and Amy Wilmeth will be ministering to us during the S.S. hour and in the P.M. service.

  • Men's Breakfast
    May 17, 7:00 a.m. All men are invited to meet at Riverside Restaurant in Oskaloosa for breakfast.

  • Ladies Lunch
    May 16, 12:00 noon. All ladies are invited to meet at Tasos in Oskaloosa for lunch.

  • Adventureland Youth Rally
    May 10, The rally begins at 9:30 a.m. The cost is $22 if pre-registered by Sunday, April 27, or it will cost $25 at the gate if not pre-registered. Please sign up if you will be attending.

  • Installation Service and More
    May 4, A.M. service - There will be a communion service.
    This will be camp sign-up day for those planning to attend any of our youth camps at IRBC this summer.
    There will be an installation service for our new pastor in the afternoon. Watch for more details coming soon.

  • Church work day
    April 26, 8 a.m. to noon. Join us for all or part of the morning to do some work on our building. Many hands make light work!

  • Counselor Training
    April 25 to April 26, Counselors are needed for all age groups for our IRB Camp at Clear Lake. This training is required for all first time counselors. Please see Pastor if you are interested. Your application must be received by the camp by April 19.

  • Sewing Seeds
    April 23, 9:30 a.m. You are invited to join this group of ladies and their ministry of making quilts for crisis pregnancy centers and lap robes for our sick and elderly. Meet at Norma W's home.

  • Ladies Pie Social
    April 21, 6:00-7:30 p.m. This will be a fun open house-style event to welcome our new pastor's wife (Lynn) and her mother (Carol). It will be held at the church and you can come and go as you please. Please sign up if you can help with providing a pie or some ice cream.

  • Easter Sunday Events
    April 20, 8:00 a.m. Easter Breakfast/Sunrise Service. Breakfast will be prepared by our deacons and an Easter devotional will be presented. There will not be regular Sunday School classes.
    10:00 a.m. Morning worship service - the adult choir will present an Easter cantata entitled "Shadow of the Cross." There will not be a 2nd worship service.

  • "Unashamed" Youth Conference
    April 17 to April 19, Senior Highers (Sophomores through Seniors) won't want to miss this conference that will be held at FBBC. Dave Tebbenkamp, pastor of First Baptist Church in Creston, will be the speaker. The cost will be $55 (non-refundable) if registered by April 1 or $60 at the door. Please sign up if you plan to attend.

  • Ladies' Bible Study
    A new Bible study for ladies started on January 4. It is entitled "Lies Women Believe" by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. These studies are scheduled for every other Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church (note new location). Upcoming studies are scheduled for April 26 and May 10. Please see Lois to purchase a book or if you have questions.

  • Men's Bible Study
    The Men's Bible Study meets every other Monday night at 6:00 p.m. The current studies are from the book "Stop Dating the Church." See Jesse J. for information or to purchase a book. Upcoming dates are: April 28 and May 12.

  • Senior Saints Coffee
    Every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. our Senior Saints have the opportunity to meet together for coffee and fellowship at the church.

  • Adult Sunday School classes
    9:00 a.m. every Sunday. New adult classes have started. Adults can choose between a study on "Ezekiel" led by Josh H. or "Revelation" led by Brad C.
